Well, they did not prepare my LG 4 (it will cost me $149.99 plus taxation & shipping), and last year I chosen them about 2 times when my phone overheating (I used bluetooth to bargain with it) and now it'southward dead.
I'll never buy another LG product!!!

Very nervous nearly the three LG G4 phones on my family account:

Don't bother paying the flat rate $150 repair and supersede charge with LG in case your G4 boot loops, I did and 4 months later the new G4 replacement went into a kicking loop. Purchase a Samsung, or some other platform and vote with your wallet.

i chosen them after bootloop consequence. with lot of argument with supervisor agreed to fix it. they asked me to send it to future tel. at present, they saying that they plant corrosion in my phone and to repair it and fix the function they are request me to either pay the cost and labour charge for $560.00 or i fourth dimension fee $149+taxation as they are saying it every bit LIQUID Damage. whereas i know that my phone was working fine earlier it went to boot loop and now they created issue of corrosion. i don't get them. all they need cost of office to ready kick loop. NEVER EVER GOING TO EVEN Advise ANYONE TO PURCHASE LG Telephone.

my g4 crapped on me yesterday. I never had a single effect with it since I bought it over ii years ago so out of no where boot loop. I'g pretty bummed. I doubt LG would fix information technology nor am I really interested in fighting with them to exercise so. Whatsoever suggestions on a budget android phone?

Damn! My G4 started this behaviour - well it's been rebooting randomly/ sporadically the final few days not bootloop. Looks like LG is going to not repair regardless blaming the user for 'corrosion' due to liquid damage.. BS!
Anyone having success getting the repair done in 2022?

That's how it starts...sporadic rebooting. Then i day it only doesn't come back and then take the opportunity now to back everything upwardly and figure out a temp phone in case information technology dies soon. I had mine successfully repaired this past May 2022 which would be month#xi within the 1-year warranty with no report of corrosion. I know previously LG indicated they would extend their warranty for bootloop to 18months merely not sure if those were for afflicted G4s at the time they made that declaration back in 2022 or for all G4s going frontward.
Recently I got a water droplet on the earpiece so I'chiliad hoping there'south no pathway downwardly into the mainboard that might crusade corrosion for them to pass up any subsequent repair should it bootloop once more in the adjacent few months. Have been keeping my eye out for skillful deals (ie. cheap) on a permanent replacement with similar specs (UHD recording, 1440p screen) but as G4 was a flagship model it's turning out to not be such an easy task!

Had them replace nether warranty under the eighteen month warranty plan dorsum in April 2022. But it was not piece of cake and had to fight tooth and nail. Ended up going to LG head function 2x to complain for them to finally get it replaced as their contractor (futuretel) wasn't cooperating - kept saying the serial number didn't autumn nether warranty plan.
No more LG phones always again.
